Brain Fuel

For optimum performance during demanding mental activities like a tough exam or a chess match,

fuel for the brain must be readily available. This fuel is the calories in the food that we eat - and the

brain burns approximately 20% of the calories that we consume!

However, the kind of food that those calories come from can make a substantial difference

in mental performance. Many people try sugary snacks as an easy fix but excess sugar

intake has been shown to negatively affect cognition. Also, the safe allowance of daily

sugar is lower then many people realize.

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends limiting the amount of added

sugars consumed daily to no more than 36 grams for men or 24 grams for women.

Fortunately, Dr. Andrew Abraham, M.D. - has found a solution ... a tasty, plant-based

protein bar that has 10g of organic protein and 6g of fiber but only 5g of added sugar!

Each bar is:

* Vegetarian

* Vegan

* Soy Free

* Gluten Free

* Dairy Free

* Non-GMO

* Delicious
